We only do what we are best at. EPM is something that we have been doing for decades. Be it a Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting solution or a complex Group Financial Consolidation implementation, we have done it many times. Our knowledge of technology and business processes is unmatched. We recruit the best talents in the market and retain them.
We are a small team of highly experienced individuals with an aspiration to become a cognitive referent in the space of architecting, building, and supporting EPM, data, and analytical applications. For us, quality is not just another checkbox to tick, it is rather an obsession and a virtue. Cutting corners and delivering mediocre solutions is against our DNA. Our mission, vision, and core values are all synonymous with a single word – QUALITY!!!
We believe EPM and Data & Analytics are specialized areas where consultants require knowledge of a combination of technology and business processes. So, we do not just recruit our resources, we cherry-pick them from the best institutions, with a proven track record. We then train them in-house on EPM tools and best practices. Our interview process is rigorous and tests a candidate’s abilities right from English language proficiency and aptitude to their sense of learning.
As Benjamin Franklin once said, “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn”. We at CloudScouts believe in immersed learning that involves keeping our talent attending regular internal/external training programs. Learning Continuum, as we call it, is a feedback engine that we developed. It allows us to keep a constant eye on how the latest innovation changes the existing best practices and equip our resources to help clients reach their new heights.
We like the right mixture of our resources to facilitate both the client-facing and application building resources needed. We do not call it an “on-site” or “off-shore” model any more. Instead we call it a “no-shore” model. Our idea is to create value for customers and we do this by accessing our team, wherever they are in the world. It is against our DNA to provide a mediocre solution to our clients. We believe in a model with the right mix of talent, quality, and a cost structure that is in line with a client’s budget, is the success formula.
